GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Fast and silent Rolling Shutter systems are the closures that work faster and more silent and as well as convenient for heavy usage thanks to their special track and roll up solutions and specially supported slat solutions that reduce noise and friction.

1. The manufacturer/seller must have ISO 9001 quality assurance certification
2. The manufacturer/seller must have TSE conformity certification for servicing
3. The manufacturer/seller must be the member of IDA (International Door Association)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. Side tracks should be made of aluminum profiles.
2. Side track sizes should be 100(front face)x80(side face) mm.
3. A 40x100 mm steel support profile should be fixed behind the side tracks.
4. Apollen 1000 guiding cords should be used in the side tracks to channel the slats properly.
5. Bronze guide blocks should be used to prevent axial sideslips of slats.
6. Screw holes on the front face of the side tracks should be hidden with a strip seal.
7. Safety photocell should be able to be applied inside of the side track.
8. Slats should be 95 mm polyurethane filled steel slats.
9. Slats should be double wall and be steel supported type.
10. Steel plugs should be at the end of the slats.
11. Sponge battens should be used on the slats to reduce the noise level.
12. The connection between motor and reducer should be done with a coupler.
13. No oscillation should be observed during the operation.
14. Control unit should be equipped with an inverter.
15. Opening speed should be 0,8 m/s and the closing speed should be adjustable.
16. The system should run according to the principle of fast opening and controlled slow closing.
17. The shaft diameter should be min. 140 mm and be convenient to heavy usage.
18. Safety photocell should be included in the system as standard.
19. In case of detection of an obstacle at the doorway, the door should immediately stop and start moving to backward.
20. The system should be designed in accordance with EN 12424 wind load standards.
21. Aluminum side tracks should be natural eloxal coated as standard.
22. Overhead cover should made of galvanized steel.
23. Visible metal surfaces should be able to be painted electrostatically optionally.
24. Electrostatic paint should be convenient for external conditions and durable to UV lights.
